British Bundle
USER MANUAL
v 2.1.0
Welcome
The v2 is not compatible with sessions saved with the v1, but both versions can be installed and used simultaneously.
Presets saved from the v1 can be used in the v2.
British MCL-2269
Introduction
The British MLC-2269 is a simple and elegant Master Compressor Limiter (MCL). The British MCL-2269 is the perfect choice for a truly "British-style" vintage sounding.
The compressor section in the v2 might sound different from the v1 due to internal fixes.
Controls
Sets the overall input level of the MCL-2269 in dB.
This control is useful to adjust the input level gain before applying compression to the signal.
With the switch in the 'On' position, the MCL-2269 recreates the harmonic distortion and noise level of the original modeled hardware processor.
With the switch in the 'On' position, soft clipping is applied on the output signal to round off peaks above 0 dB.
Sets the overall output level of the MCL-2269 in dB.
This control is useful to adjust the output level gain after its been reduced from applying compression to the signal.
Sets the threshold level of the limiter section above which the device begins to limit the signal.
The amount of reduced level is shown on the limiter gain reduction meter.
The time (in ms) it takes for the limiter to reach its maximum level on the sound.
Fast: 0.1 ms
Slow: 1 ms
Controls how long (ms) it takes to release a signal from the limiter once it's dipped below your specified threshold.
A long release time can be useful for adding sustain to a signal.
- Auto: depending on the input signal, 170 ms to 3000 ms
Sets the threshold (in dB) to the level at which the compressor begins to work.
If you set it to -10 dB for instance, any signal exceeding the threshold level (-10 dB) are reduced in level, and the amount of compression is shown on the compressor gain reduction meter.
This sets the amount of compression ratio, in dB, applied to a signal once it violates your pre-set threshold.
A ratio of 4:1 will output 1 dB for every 4 dB of input signal that exceeds your targeted threshold.
Controls how long (in ms) it takes to release a signal from the compressor once it's dipped below your specified threshold.
- Auto: depending on the input signal, 800 ms to 2500 ms.
Sets the overall output level of the compressor section in dB.
This control is useful to adjust the output compressor gain after its been reduced from applying the compression to the signal.
If the limiter is activated ('On' position), the Comp Gain will be applied before the limiter section.

British NEQ-1972
Introduction
The British NEQ-1972 is a simple and elegant "British-style" four-band equalizer with low-pass and high-pass filters.
The NEQ-1972 provides ±18 dB of gain and switchable High-Q settings.
Controls
This control determines the frequency of the high-pass filter.
5 frequencies are available: 27, 47, 82, 150, 2270 Hz. When 'Off' is selected, the high-pass filter is bypassed.
Selects the cut-off frequency for the according EQ band.
When 'Off' is selected, the EQ band is bypassed.
This switch determines the type of filter equalization (shelving or peaking).
This control determines the frequency of the low-pass filter.
5 frequencies are available: 3.9, 5.6, 8.7, 12, 18 kHz. When 'Off' is selected, the low-pass filter is bypassed.

Common Plugivery Features
Interface basics
The following commands can be used on all controls:
Fine tune
⇧ Shift + drag
Reset
⌥ alt + click
Edit
Double click
Top bar
Preset manager
The preset manager can be open from the center top of the plug-in. It gives you access to the plug-in's factory presets and your own saved presets.
Not available for factory presets.
Overwrite the loaded preset with the current plug-in state.
Only enabled if the current preset was modified since load.
Rescans the user presets folder. Use this button to refresh the menu in order to see changes made in the presets folder from the Finder/Explorer.
Reveal the user presets folder in Finder/Explorer, or the current user preset if one is loaded.
Organize your own presets as you see fit in the Finder/Explorer. You can easily create subfolders, move, rename or delete presets.
When you are done, use the refresh button to display the changes in the menu.
Authorization
Demo limitations
The plug-in will run in demo mode until a valid serial number is entered. You can use the plug-in in demo mode without any time limit.
The demo mode has the following limitations:
Presets cannot be saved. You can still use the factory presets or another user's presets.
Session recall is disabled. If you saved a session with the plug-in in demo mode, it can still be recalled once the plug-in is authorized.
Authorization process
An internet connection is required to authorize the plug-in.
Insert an instance of the plug-in in a DAW.
Choose “Authorize” on the plug-in launch screen.
Enter the serial number provided in your order confirmation email, then click “Authorize”.
Some old serial numbers will require a (free) upgrade to authorize the newest versions of the product. Follow the instructions provided from the plug-in to proceed. A PV Connect account will be required (documented from the landing web page).
Once the authorization is successful, close the window and the plug-in will now be fully authorized.
If you experience any authorization issues, please contact support.
Deauthorization process
An internet connection is required to deauthorize the plug-in.
Your serial number comes with a limited number of 3 seats. To deauthorize a seat:
Insert an instance of the plug-in in a DAW.
Open the Preferences window from the main menu.
Go to the Licenses panel and click “Deauthorize”.
If you are not able to access the computer you want to deauthorize, please contact support.

On Windows, you can uninstall from the "Apps & features" page in Windows settings.
On Mac, run the following application to uninstall the product.
/Applications/Nomad Factory/British Bundle/Uninstall
If you choose to remove your preferences and presets, the uninstaller will delete user data for current system user only. If you have other system user accounts, you will have to delete their data manually.
Uninstalling the product doesn't deauthorize the machine that still counts as a used license seat. See deauthorization process to deauthorize the machine and free the license seat before uninstall.
